Our Story

Mark Abazi and Eliza Luka were both working in the call center industry respectively, trying to make their ends meet, and save up money for their big Marketing company.

When it came down to it, they needed a call center agency to take care of their business’s performance and customer support system, but Mark could never seem to settle for one.  That’s why Eliza and Mark came up with the idea to find their own call Center agency to efficiently facilitate other businesses to stardom like they had always dreamed to do for themselves.
